The KamAZ truck was one of the Soviet Army’s most widely used military transport vehicles during the Cold War. Built by the KamAZ factory, these rugged 6x6 trucks were designed to carry troops, ammunition, fuel, equipment, and supplies across the often demanding terrain of the Soviet Union and its military deployments. Known for their reliability, excellent off-road capability, and simple construction, KamAZ trucks became a familiar sight throughout the Soviet Armed Forces and remained in service well beyond the Cold War.
